A video of the incident, uploaded on social media, has gone viral.
Sepang acting police chief Shan Gopal said a steering lock believed to have been used in the incident was also seized, Bernama reported.
This follows a report lodged by a man that he and his friend were attacked by the youth about 11.50am today.
They suffered injuries to their heads and hands.
Both parties were driving along Jalan Air Itam, heading towards the town of Dengkil at the time, Shan said.
The case is being investigated under Section 324 of the Penal Code for intentionally causing injury using a dangerous weapon. The charge carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison, a fine, caning or any two of these penalties upon conviction. - FMT
