PKR president Anwar Ibrahim says all those contesting have contributed and sacrificed for the party.

Anwar, who is the prime minister, said while there may be differences of opinion, they should mind their boundaries and respect all those involved.
“These people have done many good things. I advise my friends to take care in commenting and not forget those who have sacrificed and done much (for the party).
“There are vice-president candidates who may be young but have gone through much. So even if we disagree (on certain matters), we should be careful to show respect to all,” Utusan Malaysia reported him as saying after officiating PKR’s Langkawi office today.
In his speech earlier, Anwar said he was not overly troubled by the rivalry between the candidates, especially for the vice-president and deputy president posts, as many of them are long-time, loyal members of the party.
“So, let’s not raise the temperature in the contest for posts. We must resolve all disputes amicably,” he said.
Hesaid candidates should not treat each other as rivals once the polls are over but instead show mutual respect and forgiveness. - FMT
