Army veterans threaten to wriggle butts at KJ

Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin's comments ticking off the "butt exercises" in front of a private residence by a group of army veterans recently may have won him a private performance at his home.

NONEMalaysian Armed Forces Veterans Association (PVTM) president Ali Baharom (right) said Khairy crossed the line by calling the NGO's protest in front of a private residenceunreasonable.
In retaliation, Ali threatened to hold an "army style dance exercise" (senaman tarian ala gempur) personally at Khairy's house and will discuss the matter with other PVTM members.

"The time and date is to be confirmed but we will definitely do it.

"Khairy is not qualified to lead and is only interested in positions... we army veterans are really angry with his statement," he said when contacted yesterday.

Ali said the Umno Youth chief should take care of his Youth wing first, for Umno Youth appeared to be getting "weaker by the day".

"I think he said that because he is bitter over not being appointed a cabinet minister," he added.

Ali and a group of 15 retired army personnel had indulged in their   buttock exercise in front of Bersih 3.0 co-chairperson Ambiga Sreenevasan's house in Bukit Damansara on Tuesday to protest against the Bersih 3.0 rally for clean and fair elections.

In response, Khairy said he was "uneasy" with the move as it would lead to more tit-for-tat protests, making the country a laughing stock of the world.

  1. What do u expect of a former private in the ATM....what more from a batman (budak suruhan in army terms)? His mentality must be at its lowest. Just like Hitler....if im not wrong he was a *despatch rider* in the army, too. A Lance corporal for that matter. Look at what happened to former east/west germany! He committed suicide in the end. For this Ali...i wdn't dare predict.
