PETALING JAYA: A man wearing shorts was given a sarong to wear before he was allowed into the Kuala Selangor Municipal Council (MPKS) office.
A 53sec video which has gone viral shows the man putting on the sarong after being told to do so by a security guard at the entrance of the MPKS office building.
"It's the new rule now where shorts are not allowed and men wearing shorts must wear 'kain pelikat' while women must put on 'kain batik'," the guard is heard saying.
The man, who complies, is then seen adjusting the sarong to wear it properly.
It was not known who shot the video or uploaded it, or when it was shot. - Star
