Perikatan Nasional will be hosting a Chinese New Year open house on Feb 10.
Gerakan president Dominic Lau indicated that Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin and PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang will be in attendance.
“We also invited the menteris besar of the four states (under PN),” he said at a press conference at the Gerakan headquarters in Kuala Lumpur today.
Also invited are all PN MPs and senators, he said.
Feb 10 is the first day of Chinese New Year.
The location for the open house was not specified.
PN has been struggling with non-Malay support, which it views as crucial to fulfil its ambitions of capturing Putrajaya.
PAS unity bureau chairperson Dr Halimah Ali had stated that she wants non-Muslims to consider the Islamist party as their number one pick in 2030. - Mkini
