New serious allegations emerge in the international press about UBS Singapore being caught as well in the 1MDB crimes.
"This is now a testing time for Singapore's MAS and the Swiss FINMA to step up the ante, to show the world what anti money laundering laws are in play for and proof that those banks will be punished according to the laws and regulations!" said Pascal Najadi via Telephone from Geneva, Switzerland.
"The harsh measures applied for BSI Singapore and BSI Switzerland have to be the same for everyone. If not then we could observe adverse double standards setting bad conditions precedent by law." he continued.
Nick Kaufman, the legal counsel of Mr. Pascal Najadi, has submitted a petition to the Special Rapporteur of the United Nations on June 19th 2016 with the request addressed to Malaysia to duly investigate the assassination AmBank founder, Hussain Najadi.
"1MDB more and more looks to us like a large organised crime and all participants in those crimes must be punished to uphold laws and regulations and to avoid any moral hazards.
"Testing times for all last but not least for the government of Malaysia, the owner of 1MDB." Najadi concluded.
