 RQUI means Racial Quota for University Intake. I already predicted this late last year and early this year. I said there will be no change in policy over the Racial Quota for University Intake or RQUI.

Social Contract?   Kalau budak itu dapat 8A nak kata Social Contract apa pula? Apa kena mengena? 

Tapi kalau "satu dua yang ada kelayakan minta tolong" Social Contract boleh letak tepi pula?  

Those who ask for the quota system to be abolished are "extremists"? Wow! 

Sekolah Ulu Tembeling tak ada kemudahan asas salah Kerajaan. 
Salah Menteri Pendidikan. Salah Perdana Menteri. 
Kenapa pula budak India jadi mangsa bila Kerajaan tak tahu jaga sekolah Ulu Tembeling dan sekolah Dayak di Kapit?

1. This means the quota system stays. So its back to square one.

2. He is saying cannot abolish the quota system. 

3. He says if quota system is abolished then he will lose the elections to Pas and Bersatu.

4. He says if Pas and Bersatu take over the situation will be worse.

5. Pas and Bersatu will put back the quota system?

6. So to prevent Pas and Bersatu from putting back the quota system, he will let the quota system remain in place.

7. So its back to square one.
