PELANGAI BY-ELECTION | Perikatan Nasional chairperson Muhyiddin Yassin should look in the mirror before accusing Umno of having lost its way, said Pahang Menteri Besar Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail.
This comes after the former premier accused Umno of being a pony for DAP and Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim after they started working together post-15th general election.
Wan Rosdy reminded that PN parties had made political pacts with DAP twice in the past before Umno even had to.
"He (Muhyiddin) should say that to himself. He had lost his way too. We can see his track record. For example, his cooperation with DAP. He had worked together with DAP before a general election.
"Before accusing others, he should look at his party's track record first. Because history cannot lie, that they (PN parties) had worked with DAP twice before the election.
"We (Umno) only worked with DAP after the last general election because no one had enough numbers to form the government, and we abided by the king's advice," the Umno vice-president said.
Wan Rosdy was referring to PAS and Bersatu, which had cooperated with DAP several times previously.

On Tuesday, Muhyiddin urged BN supporters in Pelangai to swing their support to PN.
"I used to be an Umno leader too, I was its deputy president but I was sacked from the party.
"But where is Umno now? It is in between DAP and Anwar's legs," the Bersatu president said during a dialogue session
