PETALING JAYA: A senior police officer will be charged for murder tomorrow over a hit-and-run accident that caused the death of a schoolboy in Ipoh last week.
The Attorney-General’s Chambers said today that there was enough evidence to tentatively charge the suspect under the Penal Code section for murder, based on the investigation carried out and the statements recorded,
The 44-year-old suspect will be charged at the magistrate court in Ipoh.
