Kangar police chief Yusharifuddin Yusop says authorities are still investigating the matter.

District police chief Yusharifuddin Yusop said authorities are still investigating the matter, Bernama reported.
“We view any action that could disrupt public order seriously and will take action against these people,” he was quoted as saying.
Last night, it was reported that a 61-year-old man was being investigated for wounding religious feelings and insulting behaviour.
The arrest follows a police report lodged earlier today by Kangar Umno Youth chief Saiful Fariddil Jasmi. He also posted a video clip in which he is seen reprimanding a man.
The incident comes about a month after a shrine in Jasin, Melaka, was found with the word “Allah” and another Islamic term written on its wall.
The shrine was demolished following an agreement reached between the landowner and the authorities.
Sacred items from the shrine were relocated to a different site after the landowner completed religious rites. - FMT
