A 41-year-old Bosnian who has permanent resident status has filed a RM600,000 suit at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court alleging his female companion had stolen his sperm, even though she was not interested in a marriage.
Ervin Ahbabovic (right), a commercial director from Taman Danau Desa,has named the girlfriend as the defendant.He claimed that he and defendant entered into a relationship in 2008.
Ahbabovic claimed that his former partner was more interested in him to satisfy her sexual urges, while he wanted to marry her and start a family.
The two had a son in 2010.
Ahbabovic claimed that she chased him out last year.
As a result, he is seeking RM600,000 for compensation for the usage of sperm in getting the child, and a declaration that he is the lawful father.
