He is also willing to drop his RM600,000 lawsuit against his Malaysian partner if she allows him to meet his son.
KUALA LUMPUR: Bosnian national Ervin Ahbabovic is willing to reconcile with his embattled life partner, withdraw his civil suit and start afresh as long as he is given access to his son.
“I am ready to start over. I am ready to withdraw my case if she accepts to reconcile with me.
“I am suing for the RM600,000. My life is meaningless without her and my son, Aaron Leviticus,” he told a press conference here today.
He however alleged that his partner, who cannot be named due to legal implications, had been in continuous relationship with another person even before entering into a relationship with him.
Ahbabovic filed a RM600,000 suit at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court last Friday against his Malaysian girlfriend, who he claimed, wanted a child with European features.
In his statement of claim, he said his girlfriend’s sexual dominance spiralled after the birth of their son and that she had demanded him to have sexual intercourse six times a day with each session lasting an hour.
Ahbabovic claimed he suffered mental and emotional abuse from their daily sex acts, and in September last year, she became hostile and had allegedly stabbed him in the left arm. He also claimed that she had thrown him out of their home.
Yesterday, speaking to the media on condition her name is not published, the girlfriend dismissed Ahbabovic’s claim that she wanted his genes to have offsprings with European genes.
She counter claimed that she was a victim of domestic violence.
“He would beat me up and keep me disconnected from everyone I know until I recovered so that no one would see my injuries,” she is reported to have told The Star.
The daily also reported that Ahbabovic had a track record of sexually harassing women since 2006.
Allegations untrue
Ahbabovic, today said he loved his girlfriend and his son and that he wanted them in his life.
“I have a lot of love for her and my son. She is an intelligent, wonderful and extraordinary woman. The biggest privilege I had was being the man of the house. I never allowed her to do anything,” he said, holding two roses symbolising her and their son.
Ahbabovic also denied allegations that he abused her.
“We have had arguments and I have shouted at her. But verbal abuses are common. No relationship is perfect,” he said.
Recapping his story, Ahbabovic said that he had been together with her for the past 3-and-half-years but the relationship deteriorated two years ago.
“I was chased out of our house on Dec 15, 2012. I sued her after she claimed that I was a gigolo and she wanted me as her sperm donor,” he said.
He added that his sperm was as common as anyone else and that there was nothing special about it.
“I don’t use Viagra. Genetically, children of mixed marriages are more intelligent and beautiful,” he said.
On allegations that there were 18 to 20 police reports of sexual misconduct against him, he said the reports were lodged by disgruntled former employees who were not happy with him.
“If I had sexually abused women, none went to the hospital, they went to MCA’s public complaints bureau in mid 1990s. I have sued three newspapers for defamation and settled the case out of court,” he said.
