NAJIB'S RM42 MIL BOMBSHELL: DID SRC DUO RUN AWAY FROM LAW OR FROM PEOPLE WHO MIGHT 'HARM' THEM

Folks here is a comment that came into the earlier post. Whoever wrote and sent this thank you very much. Very perceptive and clinical with facts. I am reproducing in full. My comments follow:

Is the MACC going to give them an SRC present?

Notice that Pandi Dobi Sdn Bhd and even TakdeTeloq himself are claiming that Nik Faisal and Suboh Yassin have already given statements, which the MACC denies.

Apandi had revealed in an interview with The Malaysian Insider that MACC had already questioned SRC International managing director Nik Faisal Kamil and director Datuk Suboh Md Yassin. –

But Abu Kassim later said investigations into SRC International could only be completed at the end of the year if it could get hold of the two directors, whom he said were overseas.

“Who is not telling the public the truth – Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali or MACC chief commissioner Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed?”

In fact, in the last 2 months the MACC has pushed back several lies told "on their behalf".

They need to keep doing that. There is obviously a kabberap based on a fake story coming up on SRC. The MACC must disprove the kabberap and keep the case away from Pandi Dobi Sdn Bhd.

I will guess that the kabberap is this:

a) Nik Faisal will claim that he should be blamed for everything (via his power of attorney), not Hang TakdeTeloq. Hang TakdeTeloq will claim blissful ignorance of the transfers. In due course, Pandi Dobi Sdn Bhd will of course wash away any prosecution against Nik Faisal. Everyone lives happily ever after.

b) Nik Faisal will claim that the transfers were for legitimate CSR purposes. This of course is bullshit, because why would it be secret, and why channel it through 3 companies to hide the trail? But all they need is some Yayasan in Pekan to fake their accounts for 2013. (In true 1MDB style, some of the charities linked to it have not submitted audited accounts on time for years. They learned from the best.) Again, everyone lives happily ever after.

If the draft charge sheet is real or not, just remember that Nik Faisal is potentially an accomplice in a legal sense:

Why did Nik Faisal and Suboh Yasin run away to Indonesia? (Thats what people are saying, that they are in Batam).

For 100% certainty they have run away to preserve their own safety. Obviously they feel safer in Indonesia (or wherever) than here.

The question is are they running away from the Law or are they running away from people who will cause them harm?

For sure Nik Faisal and Suboh Yasin are reading the newspapers about what has happened to that Najadi guy (shot to death) and Kevin Morais (murdered and stuffed in an oil drum). Whether related or unrelated, it is still headline news.

Why did Pandi and Moron make those statements that the MACC had already interviewed Nik and Suboh when no such thing had happened yet?

What type of signal would that statement have given to Nik Faisal and Suboh? "You can keep your mouth shut now?"

To Nik Faisal and Suboh Yasin, here is some advice. You have become mixed up in a really crappy situation. That is for sure. During all that jet setting, dressing up, hanging out in the background playing the 'Ali' role (as in Ali Baba) you never envisioned that you will be running for your life. Indonesia is not Malaysia.

Whatever arrangements you are embroiled in now, this problem will not go away. Not for a thousand years. Imagine the Moron is not around after a while, then what happens to the both of you (and to the entire cast of supporting actors?)

I suppose you are both still Muslims. If you are there is a solution to all your problems. When you are in such a messed up situation, your only choice is to 'cut loss'. Reduce the burden on you.

And you do that by speaking the truth. The full 100% truth, even if it is against yourself.

Surah 4:135 "O ye who believe! stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for Allah can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest ye swerve, and if ye distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily Allah is well- acquainted with all that ye do."

So the best option is just to tell the truth. No matter where that truth will go, just tell the truth. "for Allah can best protect both" All sides will benefit the most when you speak the truth.

This is simple logic. You dont need the Quran to say something so obvious. But obviously throughout history, people fall into this big hole. That is why the Quran keeps repeating the most obvious things.

The moment you do not speak the truth, then it becomes complicated. And it is downhill from there.

And for you personally, you will end up paying a higher price. This thing is never going to go away. You better "cut loss' as much as you can.
