This is the new digital mall at the MARA Building.  I want to ask a question. Please go and read any economics textbook or any business text book.

None of them say that you can or that you should do business according to race. There is a simple reason for that. The business will fail.

You must buy and sell from peoples' pockets. Not by their race. 

Cina di Low Yat dan Bukit Bintang jual beli dengan semua orang. Bukan dengan Cina saja. 

And now the Pakistanis are also in Low Yatt. 

The Banglas have taken over Petaling Street. 

The Nepalis have taken over Jalan Silang. They buy and sell from everyone. 

Semua pendatang juga. 

They work hard and they are super competitive so they can sustain.

Why cant these folks understand this? Apalah susah sangat?

Kotak Ikan says the 6 months free rental and the free renovation will make the businesses lower their prices.

Mael, pasai apa hang bodoh macam nak mampos bro? Bro, depa dah jumpa otak hang di bawah laut, dekat tempat MH370 itu. Elok hang pi claim balik otak hang bro.

Everything has a market price. I-phone 6 (64G) is just under RM4000 now (Betulke?) This is the market price. Satu Malaysia, satu dunia punya market price.

Why should any shop sell the I-Phone 6 for less than market price? Businessman bukan bodoh macam hang bro. Tak reti kira, tak reti niaga.

The businessmen will sell the I-Phone 6 at the market price. 

Tapi dia jadi lagi kayalah sebab hang bagi dia sewa free 6 bulan, renovation semua free. 

Tapi kaya enam bulan sajalah. 

After six months they will come and see Mael Otak Ikan again. They will ask for another six months extension. Maybe renovation kedai Round 2.

I know the MARA building.  I was 14 years in Masjid India remember? After reading this report I see another reason why this stupid idea by Mael Otak Ikan will flounder (by the way, a flounder is also a fish). 

I can see it as clear as daylight.  But  I am not going to say it.  Letih. Bukan depa nak dengar pun. They have bought their hanging rope.
