Zizie and Bung - spring and autumn or is it winter?

KUALA LUMPUR - With an already busy schedule as a celebrity and wife of Kinabatangan Member of Parliament, Datuk Bung Mokhtar Radin, Zizie Izette A Samad takes on another project at the 2010 Umno General Assembly.

Her stall on Level 3 of the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), here, which offers fashionable Muslim women's wear, dresses and accessories, was surrounded by shoppers and fans who wanted a photo with the actress.

Zizie said she had always been interested in business and decided to set up a stall at the general assembly following full support from her husband.

"My sister-in-law sells at Uptown. Her business partner, who has experience selling at the Umno general assembly, asked me if I was interested so when I got the green light from my husband I went ahead with it," she said.

Zizie said she came by everyday to monitor sales and meet with her fans.

"I will always be there and if I'm not, it's probably because I'm out for a meal or I have another appointment.

"I will be there everyday, from morning to night, until the event is over," she said, adding she would love to take part in next year's general assembly if her stall does well this year.
