Syabas One-Stop Counter Service (OSCS) will also stop accepting payment for electricity bills.
KUALA LUMPUR: Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) will not accept payment for water bills made at Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) counters from June 1.
From the same date, the payment of electricity bills will no longer be accepted by the Syabas One-Stop Counter Service (OSCS).
“The move followed talks between TNB and Syabas,” said Priscilla Alfred, executive director of Syabas’ Corporate Affairs Division in a statement today.
However, users can still make the payments at HSBC Bank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, Bank Islam Berhad, Kuala Lumpur City Hall, POS Malaysia Berhad, Mobile Money and Paylink Global.
The OSCS counters open from 9am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday).
Among the locations are Syabas Petaling, Syabas Kuala Lumpur, Syabas Gombak, Syabas Kuala Langat, Syabas Sepang and Syabas Sabak Bernam.
