A man was caught on camera slashing his rival repeatedly at a staircase landing in Selangor, Malaysia as onlookers screamed from afar.
The incident, which apparently stemmed from a dispute between gangs, took place at a residential flat in the town of Selayang, on Oct 13.
Stomper Nara's friend had filmed several videos of the attack and its aftermath, which Nara then shared with Stomp.
Said the Stomper:
"An Indian guy was slashed. This happened on 13th October 2015 between 6pm to 7pm. The exact location is Taman Intan Baiduri, PPR flat, Selayang Baru.
"These videos were filmed by my friend who stays there. My friend noticed and ran out of the house after hearing people screaming to call police.
"This is understood to be a gang war between 08 and 36 in Selayang Baru.
"The guy slashed was rushed to hospital by his friends and he is in ICU. He is still in critical condition and has stitches on his head and parts of his body."
Videos sent in by the Stomper show the victim lying on the staircase in a big pool of blood. A woman standing near him can be seen screaming and crying while several others rushed about, trying to help.
Another video shows multiple huge, gaping wounds on the man's head and arms.
