My comments : I have said before that AFTER Anwar Ibrahim was jailed, many UMNO people are ready to join PKR. This is happening now.
I think after Saifuddin Abdullah more UMNO members will join PKR.
Wan Azizah is not seen as a leader but the UMNO boys have a soft spot for Anwar's daughter Nurul Izzah.
Najib's pre-paid Bloggers have said before to avoid attacking Nurul Izzah.
Minus Anwar Ibrahim, PKR is seen as a standby option.
My view about PKR is this : The problem with Pakistan is that the Pakistanis live there.
Anyway I received an sms this morning. The Majlis Tertinggi UMNO is scheduled to meet this month end.
Rumour is they will kick out Tun Dr Mahathir from the party.
Also Muhyiddin Yasin and Shafie Apdal.
The membership of Tan Sri Sanusi Junid and Tengku Razaleigh will be suspended.
These are rumours.
Most certainly if they kick out Muhyiddin and Apdal then there is almost zero threat to Najib from within UMNO.
In such event the only other way to unseat Najib before the General Elections will be The Samson Option.
