The Sessions Court today acquitted and freed National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) executive chairperson Mohamad Salleh Ismail of two counts of criminal breach of trust.
He was charged with using RM9,758,140 of NFC’s funds to purchase two luxury condominium units in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Utusan Malaysia reported.
Mohamad Salleh is the husband of Wanita Umno chief Shahrizat Abdul Jalil.
NFC received a government loan for a cattle feedloting project.
