Attorney-general Mohamed Apandi Ali has given his assurance that nobody will go "scot-free" if they are implicated in the 1MDB debacle, but said the matter is still under investigation by the authorities here.
He was asked whether action will be taken against those named in the United States Department of Justice lawsuits, including on Penang-born businessman Jho Low.
Apandi said the matter is still being investigated by the police.
Even the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has yet to complete its investigation.
