EVER THE VILLAGE CHAMPION, HADI FEARS ‘FOREIGN MEDDLING’ IN AZMIN’S LEWD SEX VIDEOS – REVEALS PAS & UMNO NEGOTIATING SEATS DISTRIBUTION TO ‘SEIZE FEDERAL POWER’ IN GE15

PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang wants the government to investigate if there were any foreign elements behind the spread of lewd videos purportedly involving Economic Affairs Minister Azmin Ali.
Hadi said this was not impossible as such gutter politics were the usual tactics of foreigners.
“What I am concerned about, is that there are foreign elements, meddling in our country and this must be curbed.
“The government must get to the bottom of this, (and probe) those who try to bring in foreign influences into our country,” Hadi said at a press conference after officiating at the PAS women’s wing muktamar (general assembly) in Kuantan today.
Lewd videos allegedly showing Azmin engaging in sexual acts with another man were circulated on social media this week.
Santubong PKR Youth chief Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz had confessed to being the other man in the video.
Police detained Haziq yesterday and are currently investigating him under four criminal sections including carnal intercourse against the order of nature and spreading obscene material.
Azmin had denied being in the videos, calling it an attempt to destroy his political career.
PAS, Umno working out seat distribution for next election
PAS and Umno are working out how to distribute seats in the next general election.
PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang said this was part of their preparations to form the next government.
“It’s up to the parent committee to solve existing issues, there’re not many. It definitely involves areas which will be contested, candidates and so on. That will be studied in detail.
“These negotiations are to take over federal power. After we’ve won several by-elections (together), the next step is, of course, the general election,” he said at a press conference after launching the PAS women’s wing muktamar in Kuantan today.
PAS and Umno forged an alliance following the latter’s ouster from power in the 2018 general election.
While the alliance was shaky at first, their combined efforts eventually resulted in a hattrick of by-election victories for BN in Cameron Highlands, Semenyih, and Rantau.
On Thursday, PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man was reported as saying a charter formalising their cooperation with Umno is expected to be unveiled next month.
