Infographic on GE15 Cabinet work of mischievous people, says Hadi

KUANTAN: PAS has never thought of forming a Cabinet with Umno and other opposition parties, its president Abdul Hadi Awang said.

He said the spread of an infographic showing him and former prime minister Najib Razak as government advisers in a post-GE15 Cabinet was the work of mischievous people.

“We are not involved in this,” he told reporters at the end of the 65th PAS Muktamar here today.

Yesterday, the delegates had unanimously passed a resolution to formalise ties with Umno.

Umno had announced last March 5 that it would work closely with PAS in Parliament and in any by-election.

Umno acting president Mohamad Hasan had said both parties will not merge and will only work together to champion common interests.

The infographic shows Mohamad as prime minister and PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man as his deputy.
