In a statement today, the Prime Minister's Office said the other two new faces are former Court of Appeal Judge Mohd Hishamudin Md Yunus and academic Madeline Berma.
Five others - former Court of Appeal Judge Mah Weng Kwai, former educator Lok Yim Pheng, academic Nik Salida Suhaila Nik Saleh, former senior civil servant Godfrey Gregory Joitol and activist Jerald Joseph - will serve their second three-year term.
Their appointments took effect on April 27, 2019.
