SHAH ALAM - The trial of Aminulrasyid Amzah was forced to take a break when a prosecution witness broke down and cried during his testimony.
Forensic investigating officer C/Insp Mazli Jusoh became emotional when asked by deputy public prosecutor Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar to explain why he had moved Aminulrasyid's body at the scene of the incident.
"I was told the body had been moved by police patrolmen and later examined by a medical officer.
"It was also in such a sad state that I...," he said and started wiping tears from his eyes.
He requested for a break from judge Latifah Mohd Tahar and left the courtroom.
