Hindraf Makkal Sakthi like UMNO Baru is not illegl and is pending registration. DPM must get facts right.

This is the exact racism that Hindraf Makkal Sakthi and HRP has been fighting against the 54 year old UMNO regime which has been ruling Malaysia continuously without a break in the chain. There are very few parallell regimes in the world like Zimbabve, Myanmar Libya etc vis a vis the UMNO state spousored acts of racism against the Indian poor.

It is one rule when UMNO becomes UMNO Baru and another rule when Hindraf applies to be registered as Hindraf Makkal Sakthi way back in 2/10/2009 and which letter of application was duly acknowledged receipt by the Registrar of Societies (ROS) on 2/10/2010 (copy of our letter with the ROS acknowledgment is enclosed herewith).

UMNO has from the word go refused to abide by Article 8 of the Federal Constitution which provides for “Equality before the law and equal protection of the law. But non compliance with the Federal Constitution and the Malaysian law has become the hallmark of UMNO’s dictatorial policy in over the last 54 years vis a vis their state sponsored acts of racism against the Indian poor.

Hindraf Makkal Sakthi and HRP has today appealed to the Chief Police Officer of Kuala Lumpur Dato’ Pahlawan Zulkifli bin Abdullah against the rejection by the OCPD of Dang Wangi for our police permit for the 27^th February 2011 Hindraf Rally @ KLCC at 9.00 a.m.

Irrespective Hindraf Makkal Sakthi and HRP would proceed with the said peaceful assembly as per their right enshrined in Article 10 (1) (b) of the Federal Constitution. (Right to assemble peacefully without arms)

We once again give our assurance that ours is a peaceful assembly and we will not disrupt traffic or business and expect no violence from the police and seek protection from UMNO’s underworld Tiga Line, Pekida, Perkasa and the Indian mandore gangsters.

UMNO must accept as a fact that as long as there are genuine grievences from womb to tomb among the Indian poor on the ground, Hindraf Makkal Sakthi and HRP will always continue getting the support and would remain relevant.

So UMNO must cut this their Wayang Kulit crab which is ably aided and abetted by their Indian mandores.

UMNO must get to the point and make Hindraf Makkal Sakthi and HRP irrelevant.

Believe us, we too need a break!
