DAP leader Teresa Kok has asked if Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi will order the police not to act if someone threatens to kill him.
The Seputeh MP posed the question in response to Zahid's claim that threats to slap Kok were not considered a criminal offence because it only constitutes the intention and not the act itself.
"Will the police act if someone has threatened to bomb the airport or kill him (Zahid)?
"Will he ask the police not to act because a criminal act has not occurred?" she asked during a press conference in the Parliament lobby today.

The DAP national vice-chairperson also asked Attorney-General Abdul Gani Patail to "advise" Zahid on the provisions in the Penal Code. -Malaysiakini
