Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail is the new parliamentary opposition leader, says PKR deputy president Mohamed Azmin Ali.
He said the party’s partners in Pakatan Rakyat – PAS and DAP – agreed with the appointment of the newly minted Permatang Pauh MP as the pact leader in Parliament.
"We have agreed to nominate her to the position when Parliament meets on Monday,” he told reporters today after a function in Shah Alam today.
