NAJIB, ARE WE CHEATING YOU OR ARE YOU CHEATING US? WHY IS RON95 STILL AROUND RM2 & NOT 60 OR 70 SEN P/LITRE?

This is from The Star:

- Fuel prices plunge to 12-year low

- crude as low as US$20 a barrel.

- Morgan Stanley warned oil prices spiraling into the US$20-US$25 per barrel range

- Brent crude futures fell US$2.00 to settle at US$31.55 a barrel, lowest since April 2004

- WTI crude futures fell US$1.75 to settle at US$31.41 barrel, lowest since Dec 2003

- lifting of sanctions on Iran could come soon

- Iran’s return to oil markets would add more pressure to global glut

My comments : When the oil price was US100 per barrel our per litre price was around RM2.00.

Now the oil price is around US$31 per barrel (drop by 2/3 or 67%) and yet our pump price is still around RM2.00 per litre.

How come?

Shouldnt our pump prices follow the market and also drop by 67%?

Why arent the pump prices at 66 sen or 70 sen per gallon?

Who is cheating who?

Sekarang sabsidi minyak sudah tak ada kan? Harga minyak patutnya ikut harga pasaran dunia. Habis pasai apa harga pam tak turun lagi>

Harga minyal di pasaran dunia sudah jatuh 60% atau lebih sejak setahun lalu. Harga pam pun sepatutnya ikut sama.

Kalau dulu harga minyak RON95 adalah RM2.00, sekarang harganya patut sekitar 66 sen satu liter sahaja.

Sabsidi minyak sudah tidak ada, habis kenapa gomen nak curi duit rakyat lagi?

Kalau nak faham okonomi dia, ceritanya macam ini. Lagi murah harga minyak, harga barang akan turun. Kos pengangkutan akan turun. Tambang teksi, bas semua akan turun. Duit sewa lori semua akan murah.

Harga barang juga akan turun. Orang ramai akan rasa lebih mudah melawat ke sana sini, bercuti, berbelanja duit dan sebagainya.

Duit akan rolling dalam okonomi negara. Okonomi akan lebih segar bugar. Semua orang akan rasa lebih gumbira. Negara kita akan maju.

Orang tidak akan merungut sangat kalau kos sara hidup jadi lebih murah.

Kenapa Menteri Bentara Mangkuk Bumi semua tak boleh faham perkara yang simple macam ini.

Kenapa gomen nak sungguh untuk mencuri wang rakyat?
