Lawyer N Surendran is thumbing his nose at Santubong PKR Youth chief Haziq Abdullahb Abdul Aziz's dare for his client Mohamed Azmin Ali to sue.
"We do not act or respond according to such attention-seeking taunts. All legal responses are done as we see fit, according to our timetable and not imposed by others," Surendran tweeted today.
The Star today reported Haziq as daring Azmin to sue him and to lodge a police report against him if the PKR deputy president believed he was innocent.
This was over the recent series of leaked sex videos, which he claims involves them both.
Azmin had denied this, describing it as "slanderous" and part of a plot to destroy his political career.
Police are investigating Haziq under multiple offences, including carnal intercourse against the order of nature.
They are also trying to authenticate the videos. - Mkini
