The Bersama leader will present himself at Bukit Aman tomorrow morning.

Police are also investigating the former Pandan MP over remarks about Shuhaily Zain, who resumed his duties today as director-general of the Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS) after going on leave last week.
In a statement, Rafizi said he had been summoned to Bukit Aman tomorrow morning to be questioned.
“I will cancel my events for the Melaka state election campaign and return to Kuala Lumpur,” he said.
Rafizi said an investigation was launched after a police report was lodged two days after he touched on the “corporate mafia” issue, which involves the alleged abuse of enforcement powers to pressure businessmen into selling company shares at below-market prices, at a ceramah in Selayang.
He said that at the ceramah, he also spoke about human resources minister R Ramanan, and Shuhaily’s court case, in which the AKPS chief claimed trial to assaulting two police officers at KLIA in September.
The former economy minister said the latest investigation against him was no different from the probes and court charges that were brought against him for exposing the 1MDB and Tabung Haji scandals in the past.
“I was probed for the same offences, but was later freed by the courts,” he said.
Late last month, Rafizi said he planned to sue Ramanan, a PKR vice-president, over allegations made about him, including accusing him of involvement in corruption. - FMT
