Barely ten months into the sub-contract for the construction, commissioning and maintenance of the new Shah Alam hospital, Sunshine Fleet Sdn Bhd and GM Healthcare Sdn Bhd go into conflict. GM Healthcare alleges interference on the part of Sunshine Fleet as the reason and claims back payments of RM10 million, some personal in nature.
