Then the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) too confirmed that there's nothing wrong with the said questionable financial activity in Sabah Umno and therefore, no investigation papers needed.
What is this? It is clearly a money laundering activity is going on in Sabah in order to help finance the state Umno's activities or whatever illegal channels over there. We are wondering why is the MACC saying that there's no case at all on such unlawful activity?
Suara Inisiatif Sdn Bhd (Suaram) has been faithfully sending its annual reports to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) yearly and also dutifully paid its dues and taxes to the government every year.
And yet Suaram is now being persecuted by various quarters such as the CCM, Registrar of Societies (ROS), the police Special Branch, the police Commercial Crimes Department and the Home Affairs Ministry just because Suaram is doing its good job for the nation and the people by voicing for the human rights and against those who abused their powers as well as corruption.
When this nation is under an Umno government, it has two sets of law. One to ensure that the culprits who are linked to the ruling elites escape from the law, while the other set is to ensure whoever voice their discontent about the nation's injustice system would be taken by the book.
In the end, whatever we had paid for dutifully to this Umno government, income tax or whatever dues, every year would not end up for the development of this country but would continue to slip out into the hands of these ruling elites for their personal gains, etc, etc, etc.
Come on, RM500 million (Scorpene) is gone, RM13 billion (PKFZ) is also gone, and now RM250 million (NFC) had just being swept away just like that. There are many more in the list with a possible of more than RM25.5 billion lost yearly as the result of mismanagement, power abuse, corruption and unlawful acts all because it is Umno's pot.
Where is justice?
