SYA Open Letter to Mr Liow Tiong Lai – Part 1

We all knew it was a Chinese tsunami and no matter who became the MCA President during General Election will also need to face this defeat. We all knew exactly that way before General Election it is already a prediction that both side of political thinks tanks and researcher already calculated that MCA is capable of winning less than 5 seats and even being wipe out and end up with zero.

After the 13 general election ,  MCA is at their weakest moment for just having winning 7 parliamentary and 11 state seats. It is sad to see that MCA Deputy President which is you Mr Liow Tiong Lai choose to ask your comrades to strike on 06.05.2013 for your personal ambition . MCA do not even have a chance to call for a Presidential Council meeting to discuss about the outcome of the election and those who are supporting you already take the opportunity to pressure Dr Chua Soi Lek to step down. And all this just happen just one day after 05.05.2013 ( 13 GE ) and when all the entire MCA leaders , members and supporters do not even have a enough time to take a  deep breath of what had just happen and you had directly or indirectly leading them into another War which is the internal war. Is the position of becoming the MCA President is that important when you are already the Deputy President of MCA ? Is it so important that you willing to sacrifice your own party ( MCA ) unity and stability for your personal ambition and gain ?

Please do not tell us that you wanted to transform MCA and therefore you choose to run for the Presidency. Action speaks louder than words. Your actions speaks otherwise. For being a no 2 man in MCA and you can even stab and strike your No 1 for your own personal ambition. A good leader will never stab anybody from the back.  We all knew the true reason for MCA defeat have nothing much to do with the MCA current President .

We all knew the facts that you may or may not be involving in setting up Dr Chua Soi Lek video was never an issue during the General Election. We all knew it is a matter of facts that MCA political opponents which is DAP is giving a lot of false hope to the Chinese community is part of the reason MCA suffered badly. In addition , we also knew exactly that all the dirty political propaganda , manipulations and deception to incite anger and hatred among the Chinese community is carefully executed by DAP over the time. We also knew the facts that SUPP and GERAKAN which is another Chinese base political party did 7 times worst than MCA even they only won 1 parliamentary seat.

Having said that , if it was not Dr Chua Soi Lek who is the MCA President during 13th General Election then the probability of winning lesser than 7 seats is very high. As for you Mr Liow Tiong Lai that if you are still a person with a clear Conscience then you just knew the facts Dr Chua Soi Lek is a hardworking man that have done everything he can to fight this battle. You knew exactly the facts that he was the only MCA leader who travel around the country for the last 3 years none stop to help MCA in everything that is within his ability to fight DAP.

You end up still chose to put the blame on Dr Chua for MCA defeats in the General Election when the rest of the political party like Gerakan , MIC , and PPP party No 2 never take this 13 General Election defeats to push to blame to their No 1 and pressure them to step down. They know it is more a soul searching moment for their entire political party rather than blame game moment. They know how to point their bullets outwards to highlighted the facts of all the deception , manipulation and lies that Anwar , Red Bean Army and DAP is playing to incite hatred and anger among the non Malay community. You are the only leader and politician in entire Barisan Nasional after May 13 who choose to point the bullet inwards to pressure your own party No 1 to step down. Ask yourself again is it really for the betterment of MCA or it is actually all about your own personal selfish interest ?

Are you trying to stay away from the responsibility as MCA 13th General Election Chief ? Are you trying to say in this whole defeat it is only the MCA President fault and you are 100% have nothing to do with it ? To be fair then it should be actually everybody fault but to be even more fair then at least Dr Chua can proudly say how much he had done for the party with the MCA Mega Dinner , 1000 days report card , representing MCA to debate with DAP Lim Guan Eng and travel entire country to help to prepare and campaign for all the MCA candidates . What about your? What have you actually done as the MCA Deputy President and also the 13th General Election Chief beside just spending most of your time in Bentong ? One( Dr Chua ) is wrong when he have done everything that he can for the party while another thinks he ( Mr Liow ) is totally innocent when basically did nothing much for the party.

Why do you have to make MCA looks so bad by keep trying to hijack on Datuk Tee Siew Keong issue ? His appointment is through the Royal Decree and you knew the facts that MCA do not recommend him for that position. Please do not tell me it is about integrity and betterment of the party when what is right is right while what is wrong is wrong. If you are truly a real sincere person who really belief in true integrity and betterment of your own political party then you will be fair in all your judgements . If Tee Siew Keong is wrong then why do you keep silent on Wong Nai Chee , Ong Ka Ting and also Ng Yen Yen which is also being appointed into the government ? If you are truly a fair person with integrity then why that rumours was saying you and your supporters was trying to uplift Liew Yuen Keong suspension from the party when the MCA Disciplinary Board already found that he is guilty of sabotaging the party ? How could it be in your personal judgement and benchmark that a person which accepted a government position through Sultan Decree is more wrong than those individuals who sabotages the party ?

Mr Liow , you also knew the facts that Dr Chua Soi Lek was the first MCA President in the history who presented the MCA accounts to the MCA Presidential Council and CC . Why your supporters have to openly call a press conference to ask the party to reveal its accounts and assets to the public ? Is your supporters trying to destroy MCA party confidentiality to present their entire accounts to the public and that include the opponents like PAS , DAP , and PKR ? There are certain things that your supporters should not cross the line. MCA Party financial is the party own internal matter that can be discuss during MCA CC and Presidential Council. Such thing will be like as if a military unit Deputy General is asking the General to expose all the internal military secret and resources to the public and opponents.

Then your supporters trying to be funny again to continue further destroying MCA reputations by highlighting the Banggi Land deal. You knew exactly that your current comrade which is Datuk Chor Chee Heung that is being appointed by MCA Presidential council to close that deal and in that final meeting you was there together with him. You knew exactly from whatever deal you all closes the money goes bank to MCA account. So why make an issue out of it just for your personal internal political interest ?

In Matang issue you knew that it is not about stripping off MCA assets where any transaction wont required 2/3 approval of MCA CC. Then why do you have to hurt your own party investment arm just for the sake of politiczing it ? Is it for the betterment of the party or your own selfish personal interest ? Maybe you are right. You may have your own views in this issue as it may be subjective. So earlier you may be right but later on why do you still continue to hijack on the Matang issue when the BOD already voted and that issue already end ? Are you that desperate or running out of bullets to hit on Dr Chua that you actually need to recycle an issue that have already found its solution ?

Then you highlighted Dr Chua VCD where it is already a well known rumours that you are the person behind it to set up Dr Chua. So even if Dr Chua were to be wrong for his VCD and causes MCA defeats ( if only it is true ) then it is no other than your own creation. When you set your own party comrade do you actually thinks of the negative consequences for your own political party ? We have to acknowledge the facts that BN is not DAP or PR where they are always immune to any types of wrong doings or scandal. Please do not talk as if that you are a person with so high morality and integrity when you are also having the WWW 15 , RM 600 000 Alpahrd , RM 320 000 2012 Health Ministry AG Report and Tung Shin Hospital scandal. What makes you think that if people are laughing at Dr Chua CD wont be laughing at all your mentioned scandals if you are the party President ? A person which he himself equally morally tainted do not have the rights to question another person morality.

In your latest campaign letters that you are sending to all the entire MCA delegates , you did mention about the importance of democracy. In reality , you are the last person on earth should talk about democracy when you try to pull down an elected President so that you can be the President automatically without any hurdle. It is an insult that you uses the word democracy when the MCA Presidential Council in a voting voted for 16 vs 14 in Datuk Tee Siew Keong issue. 16 vs 14 is a basic democratic maths or figures that everybody knows what it is about.

Since 13 General Election ended until today you and your supporters have never stop pressuring , attacking and asking Dr Chua to resign. You all did everything to hijack every single issue and politicize it to deceive the people about  how bad is your own party President. Every single days more months bullets keep shooting and directed at your own party President. And now when he finally wanted to strike for personal self defense then you end up saying he is trying to kill you , bully you and all sort of dirty allegations to the public. Please do not make yourself as a victim when you are the one victimize him earlier. Luckily he is a strong leader that can overcome all your tanks , guns and bombs and finally manage to strike back. Are you actually that weak ? When you continue punching at your opponent and you opponent just stand there strong without saying a single word. Now when you are being counter punch back then you started to cry like a girl when keep accusing the one that is trying to defend himself of wanted to kill and bully you ? Who to blame when you the one that earlier started to keep launching all the punches and missiles ? So it is right that earlier you keep pointing a gun right to his head and now it is now right when finally he manage to turn back the gun towards you?

Mr Liow , please accept the reality that at this current political situation it does not really matter who leaders that party as MCA is fighting against the wind of tsunami. Even if the Presidency is handed over to you then it will be almost the same thing for MCA for the upcoming 14 GE. And if you already fail it as MCA No 2 then what makes you think you will make it as party No 1 to face the cunning and devilish Fox DAP ? MCA is fighting with thousands of the emotions of anger and hatred that had successfully planted by DAP over the time. Do you think by replacing and changing the President will really make a difference ?

Maybe you have train well this time. You group of supporters and troopers is training their guns at Dr Chua almost every single day. Your comrades and supporters is so active to call for PC and even organize forums to attack your President. You have try everything you can to create a twisted fake negative perception against Dr Chua with all the issue that you had been politicizing since day one. Yet during the latest MCA divisional outcome more than 70% of Dr Chua people and supporters won . More than 80 divisions all over Malaysia had finally came out to pledge their supports to Dr Chua as the President compare to yours which is most of the time less than 8 ( 10 times lesser ). If a so call useless , defeated and tainted Dr Chua also you can never bring even half of his people and comrade down in the latest division election then what makes you think that you can face the million times evil Pakatan Rakyat ? If Dr Chua just make a few move and you already make yourself as if you are so sympathy and a victim then what makes you think that you can survive being punch by Pakatan Rakyat and especially DAP and RBA that is millions times worst ?

Mr Liow , if you truly and love your party then please stop furthering your agenda to force your party President to step down. You should play the role as a good deputy and assistance to the president and join force together to unite all MCA fractions to really transform and strengthen MCA. Please do not accused Dr Chua who splitting the party when you are the once such in a hurry just one day after GE keep trying to ask for his head. Are you trying to ask Dr Chua supporters just to be silent and do nothing when you are asking for their President head ? Now when your table is being put on the table is only your own doing , creation and karma since day one. People are just defending themselves. You are the 1 keep forwarding all your tanks and soldiers since day one.

If MCA really does matter to you more than your personal ambition then please retreat , repent and go for a real unity. When you splits the party further then MCA Sovereignty and Independence is at risk when UMNO already openly said their might interfere if its worsen. One of MCA greatest perception liability created by DAP will be MCA always bow to UMNO and if with the selfish personal interest you are having in mind now will only further attractunnecessary interference . What the point of even winning the Presidency when people will continue to call you MCA dog and worst if that presidency is gain through their interference.

Chinese proverbs belief that when there a family only there is a country. Dr Chua is not your external enemy. He is your family. How do you want people to respect you when you do everything it takes to bring down and tear your family members apart ? Only within the family members is strong then MCA will found it ways back to their glory. Please do not say Dr Chua are the one attacking you now and he should stop first. In any rule of any game , since you are the one that started first then you should be the one taking the opportunity to end it first. You press the button then you must also be the one switching off the button. Stop pushing all the responsibility and blame to the whole world but not yourself because each finger you point outwards then 4 fingers will eventually back towards you.
