Azmin's aide to make qazaf report tomorrow over sex video

qazaf (false accusation) report will be made at the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Department (Jawi) tomorrow in relation to the sex video scandal implicating Economic Affairs Minister Mohamed Azmin Ali.
Azmin's political secretary Hilman Idham said his team would also make a police report on the matter.
"Tomorrow at 10am, a police report will be made against the criminal admission by a youth at the Putrajaya police headquarters.
"Then a qazaf report will be made at Jawi," he said after prayers at the Selangor Menteri Besar's residence in Shah Alam tonight.
The event was attended by Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari, Dewan Rakyat deputy speaker Mohd Rashid Hasnon and several other PKR leaders.
Earlier today, Santubong PKR Youth chief Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz identified himself as the man depicted in the video clip disseminated to the media and politicians early Tuesday.
Haziq claimed the video was recorded on May 11 in a Sandakan hotel room during the recent by-election.
Azmin later issued a denial, calling it defamation and a conspiracy aimed at destroying his political career.
Just hours later, however, another video implicating the minister was anonymously leaked to members of the press.
'False accusation'
As Hilman told reporters today, Haziq's admission is a false accusation.
The aide said he was in Sandakan during the by-election campaign, and is confident that Azmin had no such encounter.
"As long as Azmin was in Sandakan, I was with him.
"I was there when he arrived at the airport until he returned to the airport," he said.
Meanwhile, Amirudin described the video as a slanderous move to block Azmin's progress.
Amirudin claimed that some of Azmin's successes in leading the Economic Affairs Ministry, including overhauling Felda, caused unease among certain parties.
"Some are unhappy and feel uncomfortable with the changes that are being implemented and will be implemented.
"We must have confidence, 20 years have taught us how some use defamation and allegations of sexual misconduct as political capital," he said. - Mkini
