Kedah Menteri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor has called on PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli to mind his own business with regard to the affairs of Perikatan Nasional.
This comes after Rafizi (above, left) alleged that PN component parties were tussling among themselves other for seats in Kedah.
“It (PN seat negotiations) has all been settled. What does Rafizi know about other parties? He doesn’t even know his own party.
“Surely, we won’t report our party affairs to him, would we?
“Tell him to take care of Pakatan Harapan and BN... (they are) in a tussle in Kedah for seats,” he said when contacted by Malaysiakini.
Still tussling
During last Saturday’s Mega Harapan event in Kulim, Kedah, Rafizi alleged that BN and Harapan were able to launch their machinery ahead of PN as they had settled their seat distributions.
He claimed that PN's component parties - Bersatu, Gerakan and PAS - were fighting among themselves to grab seats in Kedah.
“We know they’re still tussling and fighting over who wants to contest where. Right now in Kulim, we don’t know where Gerakan, PAS or Bersatu are contesting.
“I was also informed in Sidam that there is a tussle between Gerakan and Bersatu. It’s the same with Gurun,” he said.
PN chairperson Muhyiddin Yassin announced on June 22 that seat distributions were settled.
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said that BN and Harapan had settled seat distributions on July 4. - Mkini
