Four of five Moscow attackers arrested near Ukraine border. Possible link to west?

 The death toll in yesterday's terror attack at the concert in Moscow has reached 93 people. Over 100 have been wounded. Russian security forces have arrested 11 people in connection with the attack including four of the attackers themselves who were arrested trying to cross over into Ukraine. 

If they are linked to the war in Ukraine  then western involvement cannot be dismissed (just like the attack on the Nordstream 2 pipeline carried out by British, American and NATO countries). The involvement of the British and their poodle the Americans is a high probability. 

The US Embassy in Moscow already knew by March 7th 2024 that there would be an attack.

The U.S. Embassy in Moscow issued a security alert on March 7, warning that its personnel were “monitoring reports that extremists have imminent plans to target large gatherings in Moscow, to include concerts.” - New York Times, March 22, 2024.

Large gatherings, concerts? Spot on. Russia has now requested the US to explain how and what they knew and why the US thinks that Ukraine is not involved (which is what the Americans have said).

If the Ukraine and the West were involved it will be a very bad summer for Ukraine.
