
PORT DICKSON: A group of men repairing a burst pipe discovered human skeletal remains at an oil palm plantation in Siliau near here.
Deputy district police chief Deputy Superintendent Muhamad Mustafah Hussin said police received a call from the public regarding the discovery at 10.10am.
He said a team was immediately dispatched to the area, where they found a skull and other bones believed to be human remains.
"We did not find any personal belongings that could be linked to the victim.
"There is nothing at the scene to suggest a crime at this stage," he said in a statement.
He said the case has been classified as a sudden death for now.
