Timur Laut deputy police chief Lee Swee Sake said preliminary investigations revealed no sign of foul play. The man was confirmed to have been a resident of the apartment at Gat Lebuh Macallum.
Lee said the body was sent to Penang Hospital for a post-mortem while the case was classified as sudden death.
He also advised the public not to circulate photos or videos of the incident. - FMT
