KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 29 — The Datuk being investigated in the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) issue for allegedly trying to bribe senior police officers had his remand extended another day to tomorrow.
He had been re-arrested on Monday over a cheating case in October 2007 where a woman claimed she had paid the suspect RM280,000 as a consultation fee to assist in the building a petrol station in the Klang Valley, according to a report in The Star Online today.
The Datuk’s remand was to expire today.
