IPK Johor and PKR rusty whistle

What's the motive of PKR issuing threatening statements to Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, giving him an ultimatum to explain the abandoned Police HQ (IPK) building in Johor Bahru?

And what kind of brain do these people have to politicise the project without doing any homework? It seems that each time the opposition leaders come across any 'unpleasant' matter, they'll start shooting blindly.

Don't they have good lawyers, doctors, engineers and accountants among them?
PKR leaders Bukit Batu assemblyperson Jimmy Puah (below) and National Oversight and Whistleblowers (Now) director Akmal Nasir said they have paid a visit to the construction site in Johor.
"Based on our visit to the site ... in Johor Bahru that began work since 2010, it is still abandoned," said the duo in a statement today.
They said when the matter was raised at the Johor state assembly, it was informed that the construction would be completed in July 2013.
However last June, Works Minister Fadillah Yusof was reported saying the contractor has been terminated due to financial and work quality problems, but that a new contractor would take over that July.
The ministry considered the IPK, as well as a Public Order Training Centre in Bentong, Pahang and a Police Musuem in Bukit Kepong, Muar as "sick projects" that needed close monitoring for failure.
The problem, said the PKR duo, attracted Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairperson Nur Jazlan Mohamed's attention last June and had asked the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission to probe the matter.
Let me feed them with info on the 'BANGUNAN TAMBAHAN IBU PEJABAT POLIS KONTINJEN JOHOR' if they are so lazy in seeking its details or applying their positive mind to the fact behind it.

A local company, Global Globe (M) Sdn Bhd won the open tender for the project that costs RM103,356,694.84 more than four years ago.

The construction started on December 28, 2010 and was due for completion by August 3, 2012.

However, the government had terminated its contract on February 10, 2014 for failing to complete it on time. The company was not only facing financial problems but the quality of works done did not comply to the standard set.

In order to 'salvage' the project, the Finance Ministry had chosen 9 contractors under a 'selective tender' system by conducting interviews and other formalities.

The Public Works Dept (JKR) Cawangan Kerja Keselamatan had on January 9 this year appointed QSE Construction Sdn Bhd as the 'rescue contractor' for the project with a budget of RM72,800,000.

The company was given August 3, 2016 to complete the project.

So, what's the issue here? Tell me, what kind of a 'whistle' you used to manipulate the 'sick project'? A rusty one?
