DUIT RAKYAT LAGI : PENDEDAHAN OLEH RAFIZI RAMLI - FELDA BELI HOTEL RM1 BILLION DI LONDON TETAPI ATAS NAMA ORANG LAIN

WHO OWNS THIS HOTEL NOW?

I have shown over the past week how the issue of Felda's investment in London worth over RM1 billion is not only a question of wasteful investment decisions (because the price paid is too expensive and tainted by irregularities), but officially Felda does not even own the properties purchased.

I have done an official search with the UK Land Registrar’s Office and found that according to official title documents, at least two expensive properties paid for by Felda were registered in the name of BVI (British Virgin Island) registered companies, which had nothing to do with Felda and the owners of the companies remain unknown to this day.

Authentic information from official title documents has proved that the following properties are not owned by Felda, but instead belong to the following BVI companies:

i. Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel was bought for £ 60 million (approximately RM330 million) in 2014 which is officially owned by FIC London Hotel Pte Limited established in BVI

ii. Felda House which was built at an estimated cost of RM380 million in 2015 and officially owned by FIC Global Limited which is also established in BVI

I am waiting for Tan Sri Sh---ir S-mad to respond to this revelation but he has remained silent since last week after accusing me of sleeping on the issue.

At the very least, I also hope that there is a little denial to show me wrong because I had better be proven wrong than the other possibility that at least RM1 billion of public funds have been misappropriated to mysterious companies whose owners are unknown.

To date, there has been no good response from Felda, Tan Sri Sh---ir, MACC or Dato 'Seri Na--b.

If that had counted badly, I would have had to bring up another even worse development today.

I can confirm that the BVI company that owns the Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel (as contained in the title grant) has already closed.

The company, FIC Hotel London Pte Limited was dissolved from the list of companies registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) on 3 May 2016 for non -payment of annual fees.

I enclose with the official Gazette of the Government of BVI Vol L, No. 27 dated 19 May 2016 (which can be downloaded from https://data.occrp.org/text/2658944?dq=strike%20off%20list%203rd%20may,%202016&page=1)
which officially listed FIC Hotel London Pte Limited as one of the companies dissolved and deregistered in accordance with BVI law.

I hope my media statement today gets the attention of the public as well as the top management of Felda who have been silent for so long because they face the risk of hotels bought at a high price with Felda money is not only registered in the name of another company, now Felda will lose the hotel and investment money in perpetuity (if this is not resolved immediately).

I hereby request a full explanation from Dato 'Seri N--ib and Tan Sri Sh---ir on the status of Felda's investment in the Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel in London:

i. After FIC London Hotel Pte Limited was confirmed to have been dissolved at a time when the company was officially the owner of the RM330 million hotel bought by Felda (according to the title grant), how did Felda plan to regain ownership of the hotel?

ii. If Felda wants to regain ownership of the hotel, Felda has no choice but to track down and reveal the real owner of FIC London Hotel Pte. Who was behind the establishment of FIC London Hotel Pte Limited? Will Felda make a public statement answering the various questions I raised in the series of Felda disclosures I made since last week?

My comments:

Jadi Tuan-Tuan bukan saja duit peneroka Felda dan duit rakyat jadi asap tetapi sekarang hotel-hotel yang dibeli di London itu pun BUKAN atas nama Felda. 

Rafizi Ramli kata bukan saja harga beli hotel-hotel itu (sebanyak RM1 Billion) adalah berlebihan tetapi kita tidak tahu siapa kah tuan punya hotel yang telah dibeli itu. Rafizi kata bukan Felda pun. Duit RM1 Billion peneroka punya, hotel pula entah atas nama siapa punya? 

Banyak cantik.

Jadi sekali lagi saya tengok mainan kaum-kaum elit Melayu ini ada satu pattern yang tidak berubah. Mereka main dengan duit rakyat. Dalam kes ini duit peneroka Felda. 

Pasal apa depa tak mahu main dengan duit mereka sendiri? 

Contohnya why not Tan Sri Millionaire A main dengan duit Tan Sri Millionaire B? 

Atau pun Dato Sri Billionaire X main dengan duit Dato Sri Billionaire Y?

Balik-balik depa main dengan duit orang biasa saja. Duit rakyat marhaen. Duit kita. In this case duit peneroka Felda.

Tuan-Tuan tahu tak kenapa mereka suka sangat main dengan duit kita? Jawapannya paling mudah. Jawapannya adalah sebab :  G U L L I B L E (disebut : ga-li-bel).

Gullible maksudnya mudah tertipu. Tuan-Tuan orang Melayu, termasuk peneroka Felda memang mudah tertipu. 

Tertipu oleh siapa? Oleh DAP? Oleh Zionis? Oleh Singapura? Oleh Barat? Jauh sekali. Tertipu oleh orang-orang elit sendiri. Dengan rela dan izin Tuan-Tuan. Sejak bila Tuan-Tuan rela dan izin ditipu kaum elit? Sejak Tuan-Tuan diam saja, tak kata apa pun, tutup mata sebelah, biarkan mereka buat ikut suka hati dengan harta dan duit Tuan-Tuan. 

Mereka faham Tuan-Tuan tak reti cakap omputih, tak tahu menahu baca audited accounts, tak tahu apa pun berkenaan Valuation, tak tahu semak semula harga hotel dan harga bangunan di London (atau di Kuala Kangsar). Sebenarnya segala maklumat ini boleh dijumpai dalam talian Online dengan mudah sahaja. 

In the valley of the blind the one eyed man is king - Apabila rakyat lazimnya buta (buta mata, buta huruf) maka orang yang ada mata sebelah pun sudah boleh menjadi raja. 

Malang sekali pelbagai kebodohan seperti ini masih boleh berlaku dalam negara kita saja.  Masyarakat Melayu terlalu toleran apabila geng mereka sendiri terlibat jenayah dan salah laku. Perdana Menteri Melayu curi duit billion diberi gelaran Bossku. Pemimpin Melayu terlibat seks skandal, dengan wanita dan lelaki, orang Melayu kata dia kena konspirasi. Lebai penipu cakap bodoh, juga terlibat penipuan dan seks skandal, orang Melayu kata jangan aibkan lebai. Satu bangsa yang memang gullible - begitu mudah tertipu.

Di negeri lain seperti Indonesia dan Thailand rakyat mereka bukanlah begitu gullible lagi. Mereka sudah celik dan sudah boleh kupas dan bongkarkan segala jenis penipuan oleh kaum elit.  

Jadi masalah sebenarnya dalam negara kita ialah orang Melayu rela ditipu dan dibuli oleh kaum mereka sendiri.  Itulah masalah sebenarnya. Sampai bila Tuan-Tuan?
