Antara "syarat" perjanjian damai tahun 2020 antara Pak Arab dan Israel (Abrahamic Accords 2020) ialah kebenaran bagi orang Yahudi menjadi penduduk tetap di negara Arab Gulf countries (Arab Saudi, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar).
Dalam masa kurang daripada 24 bulan sejak perjanjian Abrahamic Accords itu dimeterai, beribu orang Yahudi Israel telah pun berhijrah menjadi penduduk tetap di negara Arab 'Gulf countries'.
Dengan itu penduduk Yahudi yang baru itu sudah mulakan projek-projek pembangunan untuk dirikan sekolah Yahudi, rumah ibadat Yahudi, kondominium khusus bagi penduduk Yahudi, shopping complex serta restoran kosher khusus bagi penduduk Yahudi di UAE, Bahrain, Arab Saudi dsbnya. Mereka juga akan mendirikan Mahkamah Yahudi atau Rabbinical Court di negeri Arab.
