PETALING JAYA: An unknown gunman shot up the home of a civil servant just before midnight, leaving multiple bullet holes riddling the house and several vehicles.
The man and his family were left terrified by the shooting, which occurred at Kampung Guntong, Kok Lanas, in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, according to Bernama.
Kota Bharu police chief Rosdi Daud said police received a call about the incident at 11.59pm and are still on the hunt for the suspect.
“The house is owned by a man who is a civil servant and lives there with his family. We found several gunshot marks on the house and vehicles owned by the occupants,” he said.
Rosdi urged members of the public with information to contact the investigating officer, Ridhuan Ismail, at 019-2454224 or 09-7752200 or the nearest police station. - FMT
