Final Chance to Purchase Piece of Song Saa Island

Song Saa, a luxury private island resort in Cambodia, has offered its last remaining villas to potential buyers.
The first resort to be built in Cambodia's Koh Rong archipelago, when it opens it late 2011 it will feature 25 rainforest, beach and over-water villas (all with private pools) and an over-water restaurant.
Developer Rory Hunter said: "Our private island is discreet and we only have a very small number of villas on offer. There is nowhere else a buyer could get this standard of investment at such a low price."
There are six villas now up for grabs with the resort's agents, CBRE.
