Users of Apple electronic gadgets iPod, iPad and iPhone can now pick up some tips on how to save for the future, thanks to a game seemingly inspired by the prime minister's wife Rosmah Mansor.
In describing the game, developer Antartica Group said the game is "to educate the kids the important (sic) of saving since childhood. The younger you achieve your saving (sic) goal, the better!"
Users use a piggy bank, in the shape of a cat, to catch falling coins worth US$1,000 (RM3,100) each to make purchases -either for a US$5,000,000 (RM15,000,500) home or US$300,000 (RM10,00,000) car.
Each coin is worth $1,000 but if one is lucky, a gold bar worth $1,000,000 falls from the sky.
Users must be careful to avoid the bombs, as each adds a year to the user's age and one is forced into "retirement" at the age of 99.
Fat lady game
The present version of the game, the only one by the Antartica Group, has been rated five star by 27 users, while a previous version available since December received the same rating from 28 users.
"Funny! My wife loves it very much!" said another user, okaong.
The PM's wife was previously under fire for purportedly purchasing a ring costing RM24 million, but has vehemently denied it, terming it "slander".
Following this, a fake news article made out to be from Utusan Malaysia with the headline Beli sendiri guna duit menabung dari kecil(Bought with money saved from young) circulated over the Internet.
Popular blog Malaysia Today had also featured a popularly shared collage of press photographs of Rosmah carrying several different Birkin handbags by the designer brand Hermes, said to cost up to US$150,000 (RM465,000).
