Sarawak Chief Minister Abdul Taib Mahmud has fingered PKR supremo Anwar Ibrahim for videos accusing the former's family of corruption that was released by international NGO Global Witness.
Taib said Anwar (right) had used his strong links with international NGOs to bring the Sarawak state government into disrepute on the international stage, according to a report by the Sunday edition of Berita Harian.
"All kinds of issues were raised, about Sarawak's rain forest being cleared, that none is left.
"But we all know this is not true - Whatever BN does is wrong, only what he (Anwar) does is right," he was quoted as saying.

Corrupt practices
Global Witness has published two videos, linking Taib's family to corrupt practices in the granting of logging concessions.
Taib has vehemently denied this, adding that he was not on good terms with the supposed family members in the video who are his first cousins.
The daily also reported that Taib spent 25 minutes to address some 1,000 villagers at Kampung Lintang in Petra Jaya to defend himself against the videos' allegations.
He told the crowd that if Anwar was sincere about fighting for the people of Sarawak, the PKR supremo should defend Sarawak from "propaganda of untruths" at the international stage.
"I advise Anwar to know what truly happens in this state, he should defend this state that has been attacked by lies at the international level about its rain forest.
"If he does that, only then we can believe that he truly fights for the people in this state," he was quoted as saying.
