Sabah defections: Thank you for sucking away our dirt, PKR is NOW STRONGER - Rafizi tells Najib

Sabah defections: Thank you for sucking away our dirt, PKR is NOW STRONGER - Rafizi tells Najib
To Rafizi Ramli, the recent turmoil faced by PKR Sabah where some of its leaders had decided to declare support for BN, was just another cleaning process that would help to make the party stronger.
Responding to Prime Minister Najib Razak’s claim that PKR Sabah is now finished following the mass defections of its “important leaders” to BN, the PKR strategic director had this to say:
“If we follow UMNO or Najib, PKR should have been buried 15 years back. Last time, they called us the mosquito party. Alleging that PKR is finished is just sheer arrogance and (they) forget that the one that won over people’s votes is Pakatan Rakyat not UMNO neither is BN,” Rafizi was quoted saying by The Malaysian Insider.
Rafizi said PKR’s achievement was commendable given its short tenure of 15 years in Malaysia politics.
“There is no other party in Malaysia in such short 15 years have such big influence like PKR. We are stronger now,” he said.
The Pandan MP also had a different view on defections.
“It left those individuals who are strong in their struggle,” he stressed.
Last week, Najib made a press conference to usher in 11 PKR leaders in Sabah who quitted the party.
The UMNO president said more would be following in their footsteps soon.
"With what has happened and is going to happen, it means that PKR in Sabah is about finished and the BN is getting stronger and continues to gain the trust of Sabahans,” said Najib. - Harakahdaily
