The reason why this doctor (an eye specialist who is myopic I think) suggests such a cockeyed solution to the current impasse impasse on the vaping issue is because he believes "........vapes and cigarettes......it's a bad habit. How can we remove bad habits? We replace bad habits with good habits......."
This doctor obviously belongs to a group of people who think that asking for and taking handouts is actually a good habit. And so here we go again......give me, give me, give me......
