Selamat Menyambut GST

Tolong jangan baca skali lalu... Sebab kat sini gua banyak menulis secara indirect.... gua banyak berkias... gua banyak bermetafora... ayat gua bukan ayat skema SPM ker STPM ker... jadi tolong guna kapla... jangan membaca guna kapla lutut aaa..

Dan kalu lu bengap sangat tak paham aper yang gua citerkan... sila bertanya ... jangan main terjah sembrono jer... hahaha... karang tak pasai-pasai lu gak yang malu... hahaha .. Tolong jangan jadi bodoh... cukup la dah ramai pemimpin politik yang bodoh... lu jangan menambahkan korum... hahaha

Err... gua takder masalah nak lepaskan komen lu orang kat sini... tapi gua tak bertanggung jawab atas komen lu orang.... ader paham ka???

Lagi satu... kat sini gua takder menghasut atau memfitnah serta mendajai sesiapa... jadi kalu lu orang terhasut ker, terfitnah ker, terdajai ker mender... itu masalah lu orang... hahaha... bukan masalah gua...... Hahaha... Untuk geng-geng Cawangan Khas... tak payah la buang masa baca blog gua... baik lu folo jer Anwar Ibrahim tue... hahaha... ader gak pekdah...

31 MARCH 2015

GST Versi MLM

Bhai/DeeDee semua...

Okeh.. selamat menyambut April Fool... Hahaha..... 1 April 2015 esok sepatutnya disambut dengan mengadakan satu Hartal ... tapi yer la... orang Malaysia nih semuanyer jenis hangat-hangat taik "Din Ayam" ja.... hahaha..

Jadi.....

Jadi saper kata caj GST 6% tue kena sekali ja??? Kalu kena skali ja... mesti hanya kena kat pembekal barang mentah ja..... Inilah dier MLM thorbaek dalam GST.... Hahahaha... Memang semua pihak kena...

Oopps... ader satu lagi ....

Katakan kiter beli Milo kat Kedai Runcit Mamu Kutty...... ader caj 6% GST kat situ pasai Mamu Kutty punya kedai runcit perlu ader nombor GST dan berdaftar...... tapi tetiba.... Mamu Kutty pon pandai gak ngelat... dier buat dua syarikat....

So..... Kalo dier tak pulangkan balik... so dier la yang untung rembat duit tue....

Hahaha.....

Hahaha....

Tambah lagi syarikat yang berstatus Enterprise..... semua boleh ngelat... aper susah... bukak la nama dua tiga kompeni... tapi satu kedai ja..... Hahaha

Cukai nih memang la bagoosh untuk Kerajaan... tapi yang kena taji cukup-cukup aderlah rakyat.... Kalo dengan GST nih pon jalanraya masih lagi lubang sana lubang sini.... malah masih lagi jalan tanah merah atau jalan balak.... memang macam bangsat la Kerajaan Malaysia camtue....

Aper-aper pon... selamat kena April Fool ngan Kerajaan Malaysia.... Hahaha

ESCAPE TO PERTH PRE-PLANNED? : AG yet to move on Sirul extradition - why the delay

ESCAPE TO PERTH PRE-PLANNED? : AG yet to move on Sirul extradition - why the delay
The Attorney-General’s Chambers is yet to initiate any request in Australia for the extradition of convicted murderer and former police special commando officer Sirul Azhar Umar.
This is despite Sirul Azhar, who has been convicted with murdering Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu along with Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri, had been detained by the Australian authorities since Jan 22.
Sirul had, a day earlier, been placed under the ‘red notice’ of Interpol by the Malaysian police.
This latest development was confirmed with Malaysiakini yesterday by Sirul's lawyer in Malaysia, Hasnal Rezua Merican
"As far as we know, the AG’s Chambers has yet to commence any extradition request with Canberra," Hasnal (right) said.
The Malaysian lawyers representing Sirul have also appointed an Australian lawyer to represent Sirul in that country.
The lawyer appointed is Matthew Gollan, who is with the firm of Wentworth Chambers. Gollan will represent Sirul in Sydney, Hasnal added.
If an extradition request is filed, an application will have to be made for Sirul to appear before a magistrate in Australia for the extradition request to be heard.
It is learnt that Sirul has yet to be brought before the magistrate’s court.
Previously, it was reported that Sirul had threatened to “reveal all” to the Australian media.
Azilah and Sirul were found guilty of the murder of Altantuya by the Federal Court, following an appeal by the AG’s Chambers, after the Court of Appeal acquitted them in 2013. - M'kini

New Penang mayor eager to serve her city

Patahiyah Ismail pledges to deliver efficient services based on a result-orientated administration in the new Island City of Penang.
Patahiyah-Ismai_penang_600GOERGE TOWN: Penang Island City Council (MBPP) Mayor Patahiyah Ismail has pledged to deliver efficient services based on a result-orientated administration now that the island’s city status would bring stronger challenges and heavier responsibilities.
She attributed part of the state’s success at attaining city status to the commitment of the former Penang Island Municipal Council (MPPP) workers.
“We must strive to overcome the challenges to succeed by improving and delivering quality and efficient management and services,” she said in her maiden speech as mayor at the City Hall in Esplanade here today.
Patahiyah earlier received her appointment letter as MBPP mayor from Governor Abdul Rahman Abbas at his official residence in Seri Mutiara.
She also received a ‘cokmar’ representing the power of the office and ‘kalung’, the chain of the office, which represented the power of the mayor.
The Yang di-Pertuan Agung Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah gave a royal consent on March 10 to declare the whole of Penang Island a city.
The Agong’s royal decree was handed over to Abdul Rahman this morning by the secretary-general of the Urban Well- Being, Housing and Local Government Ministry, Arpah Abdul Razak.
With the declaration, George Town, which sits on the northern tip of the island, has regained its lost city status after 41 years.
With the elevation, MPPP as well was upgraded to MBPP.
Penang’s capital, George Town was once given city status by a Royal Charter from Queen Elizabeth II on January 1, 1957. However it lost the status in 1974 when the city council was merged with the Penang Rural District Council to establish the Local Government Management Board to govern the whole island.
With the federal enactment of the Local Government Act 1976, the board was replaced with MPPP.
The application of city status for the island was submitted in January 2010 and was approved by the Federal Cabinet last November.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said on March 24 that the Agong in his royal decree had declared Penang Island be a city on January 1, 2015.
To commemorate this new status, a series of events have been lined up between March 31 and April 26 apart from City Day celebrations on Saturday, April 4.
MBPP’s jurisdiction encompasses a 305 sq km acreage.
It will set up four new departments to handle landscaping, heritage, enforcement and solid waste management as well as public cleanliness.
Apart from Penang Island, there are 12 other cities in the country, with the biggest being the federal capital, Kuala Lumpur.
Other cities are Alor Setar, Ipoh, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Malacca City, Johor Baru, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Kinabalu, Miri and Kuching.

Minister denies quitting after Facebook hacked

Certain quarters have falsified his Facebook account to give the impression he will resign following increase in petrol prices, which is reported to be untrue.
Hasan Malek
KUALA PILAH: Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Hasan Malek denied a Facebook report today that he was stepping down following a false report on the increase in petrol prices tomorrow.
Hasan claimed certain quarters had falsified his Facebook account, and had put in the entry that he would resign if the prices of petrol (RON95, RON97 and diesel) go up on April 1.
“The report is false and I deeply regret it. This is something very sad as the social media facility is being abused. I deeply regret that it is aimed at raising restlessness among the people.
“I don’t need to be asked by anybody to resign. I am ready to withdraw if I don’t get the trust of the leadership.
“I hope the people can evaluate and do not believe the report,” he told reporters after a ceremony to hand over aid to the Village Development and Security Committees in the Kuala Pilah parliamentary constituency here, today.
The Facebook entry in question read:
“Datuk Seri Hasan Malek gives his assurance there would be no hike in the prices of petrol and diesel soon, despite a slight increase of the fuels in the market.
“Currently, the retail price of RON95 stays at RM1.95 a litre, RON97 at R2.25 a litre while diesel at RM1.95 a litre. If the false report is true, I, readily resign from my post as KPDNKK minister, effective immediately, without prejudice, in the interest of the people”.
Hasan said his role as minister had somewhat been tarnished by the perception and views of the public, due to the report.
“I strongly state that the report is false and is a defamation aimed at triggering tension among the people in the country.
“I have enough proof to state that these are the deeds of irresponsible quarters with bad intentions. The ministry and I will take legal action on these disseminators of slander,” he said.
Hasan said a police report had been lodged at the Precinct 7 Police Station in Putrajaya this morning and a complaint lodged with the Communications and Multimedia Commission.
“So, I urge that the matter be promptly investigated and acted on,” he said.

Landmark decision due tomorrow in Hindraf’s lawsuit

The potential of it creating a legal revolution is itself a great success, says Waythamoorthy.
hindraf british
KUALA LUMPUR: Tomorrow, April 1, the London High Court will decide whether or not to strike out an unprecedented class action lawsuit commenced by a group of descendants of indentured labourers of Indian origin led by the Hindu Action Rights Force (HINDRAF) against the Government of the United Kingdom.
The claimants, led by Hindraf Chairman P Waythamoorthy, claim that the indentured labourers brought by the British to Malaya during colonial rule were British citizens to whom the UK Government owed a duty of care.
It alleges that the Government was negligent in failing to make sufficient provision for their well-being, resulting in their descendants, the Indian community in Malaysia, remaining a “permanently colonized community”.
The Crown has applied to have the case struck out or alternatively to have summary judgment entered in its favour.
Acting for the Crown, Martin Chamberlain, QC admitted that the claim was novel, “involving the complexity in sequential action by the Crown leading to the drawing up of the constitution.”
He also agreed that, if allowed to continue, the case would create a legal revolution by expanding the Crown’s duty of care in common law.
He, however, argued that there could be no such duty owed because in formulating the Malayan Constitution, the Queen was not acting on behalf of the Indian community but purely in the exercise of her statutory duties.
Represented by Joel Bennathan, QC, Hindraf argued that neither novelty nor the potential to expand the law constituted sufficient basis to strike out the claim without the matter going to trial. He said that the common law ought to develop as community evolves.
Submitting volumes of declassified documents to show the existence of a duty of care by the British Government towards Malayan Indians in 1957, he argued that Britain could not avoid liability towards the hundreds of thousands of people whom they shipped to Malaya.
He contended the breach of duty resulted in the entrenchment of an apartheid kind of law in the Malayan Constitution which amounted to a violation of human rights, and left more than 800,000 Indians displaced and another 300,000 stateless.
The breach of duty was also reflected in disproportionate efforts expended in seeking to safeguard British commercial and military interests at the expense of the rights of the claimants’ ethnic group, he added.
Anticipating that the decision may not be favourable, Waythamoorthy said in a statement today, “From the beginning of this case we have always said that we can never guarantee any success but we would seek justice for our forefathers in the British court by holding them liable for their negligence.”
“As an Indian of Malaysian origin I am proud to say the fact that this case is recognized as a novel action and the potential of it creating a legal revolution in the history of the British legal system itself is a great success,” he added.
The case is being heard before Judge Nicholas Blake, QC.

Hadi Sanggup Percaya Bohong UMNO Walaupun PR Pecah

Semua wakil2 PAS dlm majlis daerah, glc, jkkk, penghulu, pembantu2 exco dsbnya hariz meletak jawatan.

Takpa kalah yg penting wala.

GST: Penjawat awam, golongan berpendapatan rendah paling teruk terjejas

– Gambar fail The Malaysian Insider, 31 Mac, 2015.Menteri Besar Selangor Mohamed Azmin Ali dinasihati pembangkang negeri untuk menunaikan tanggungjawabnya. – Gambar fail The Malaysian Insider, 31 Mac, 2015.

Isu air: Pembangkang salahkan Azmin

-Mkini

A wedding and two gatherings

By Mariam Mokhtar
Malaysiakini
The Kita Lawan protest route from Sogo to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) is only a few kilometres long, but the contrast between the crowds at each end, typifies the great divide found in Najib Abdul Razak’s ‘1Malaysia’.
At the Sogo end, protesters in the Kita Lawan rally gathered, most wearing black. The policemen on stand-by were ready to pounce and arrest them if they ‘misbehaved’.
In stark contrast, the gathering at KLCC comprised the glitterati of Malaysian society and international guests. They had been invited to the wedding reception of Najib Abdul Razak’s daughter, Nooryana Najwa.
Najib and his wife, the self-styled First Lady of Malaysia (FLOM), and their guests were dressed in their best finery and bedecked in bling, Birkin and Manolo Blahniks. Nooryana’s marriage to the Kazakhstan citizen Daniyar Kessikbayev has both enraged and excited the rakyat. Policemen formed-up in three ranks to protect the ‘elites’, from the rakyat.
The demonstrators travelled to Sogo, by public transport, before walking to KLCC. They had gathered to demand the release of jailed opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim. They were outraged by the goods and services tax (GST), 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), the rising cost of everyday items, and the current sweep on opposition politicians and social activists.
The Kita Lawan crowd came from all walks of life. Najib’s ‘1Malaysia’ was better represented at Sogo than at KLCC.
The KLCC elite were from the great and the not-so-good. They arrived at KLCC in chauffeured, air-conditioned comfort, along roads cleared by the police.
Guests rarely attend obscenely ostentatious Malay weddings merely for the company, the food or the atmosphere. One can hardly enjoy oneself in a hall of several hundred guests, all attempting to outdo one another in bling and fancy ‘baju’. The presence of royalty dampens the atmosphere, because protocol must be observed. By the time the bride and groom work their way around the ballroom to mix and mingle, they will have sore wrists.
The main thing on the minds of the wedding guests was curiosity. Meeting Nooryana and her groom was secondary. The overriding need was to see how the FLOM had arranged the no-expense-spared wedding of the decade. Leaked photos of the venue show that they were probably not disappointed.
Guests and the host families shared one nagging doubt. They feared that they might have to share the joyous occasion with the Kita Lawan protestors. They need not have worried. The inspector-general of police (IGP) performed admirably and is in line for another decoration and medal, to add to the several adorning his ample chest.
Underestimating the rakyat’s determination
At Sogo, the protesters were determined to continue the rally, despite the arrest of key Kita Lawan leaders. The IGP wrongly assumed that the protesters would act like headless chickens. Khalid Abu Bakar was wrong! He underestimated the rakyat’s determination. The rain and the IGP’s threats were not going to stop them.
The previous night, PAS deputy president Mohamad Sabu was arrested in a commando-style raid, with armed police wearing balaclavas, as he was having supper. The IGP probably believes Mat Sabu, as he is fondly known, to be as crafty as James Bond in evading capture.
In Kuala Lumpur, that same night, Hishamuddin Rais (left), the philosopher, playwright and social activist, was kidnapped in dramatic fashion on a major road near Dataran Merdeka. Witnesses thought that Hisham’s kidnappers were triad members, or possibly Tiga Line gangsters, alleged mates of Home Minister Zahid Hamidi. Hisham’s attackers were later identified as policemen.
These police thugs were enacting the IGP’s alleged new standard operating procedure (SOP) for arresting people. First, the person concerned is trailed by plain clothes policemen on motorbikes and in cars. Then, several of them will rush the victim, and bundle him into a waiting car. The car speeds off with the motorbikes as outriders.
Malaysia’s best education in the world programmes us to be un-inquisitive, not to question and not be critical. Several allegations have been made about the cost of this wedding. If the exclusive boxed wedding invitation and scroll were alleged to have cost a lot of money, just imagine the value of the ‘hantaran’ and other expenses.
No wonder Najib is the finance minister. He can magically stretch his monthly wage of RM23,000 to fund this grand event. It is particularly galling that he asks the rakyat to tighten their belts.
