Well the IGP says that Zakir Naik is not being sent back to India. You are playing with fire.
One time I was travelling in Indonesia. Transitting through Jakarta Airport. A few days before my trip there was the matter of an Indonesian karate coach who was beaten up by Malaysian Police while he was attending some karate tournament in Malaysia. There had been some protests in Indonesia. Indonesians protest against Malaysia for any smallest slight or insult against Indonesians or against Indonesia. Burning Malaysian flags and shouting rude slogans. This case was more serious - it was their karate coach who was beaten up.
So at Jakarta Airport the Customs guys asked me where I was from. The moment I said Malaysia their expressions changed. One of them began saying loudly how 'ganas' were the Malaysians who had 'kasar' their coach. I just kept quiet and hoped the guy would not stop me or anything like that. Fortunately he did not. I picked up my bag and moved on quickly. Just because some of our Policemen had behaved stupidly, I had had a close shave in Jakarta with some not very happy Indonesians. And those were government employees wearing uniforms. Imagine running into an anti Malaysian mob on the streets of Jakarta.
Likewise India is much more lawless than Indonesia. Indians can get emotional just as easily as the Indonesians or worse. They can not only burn Malaysian flags but possibly worse.
Dont mess with other peoples' internal affairs. That is what we are doing. Their fugitives run away from India to Malaysia and we give refuge to these fugitives.
Jangan main-main. Jangan jadi bodoh.
